Monster Mortgage firmly believed in communicating with their existing clients to keep them up to speed on their business and front of mind for their clients’ future needs. They wanted to try to send newsletters to each agent’s data base personalized to the agent but didn’t know the best way to do so. As they agents were far to busy to try this on their own they looked to us for a solution.
We worked with Monster Mortgage to figure out a way to extract each agent’s data; print and personalize the newsletters for each agent and mail them for them at a discounted postage rate. They’re quarterly newsletters have been going out without a hitch for a few years now. From there we have also helped them with design and print of business cards, signage, flyers etc.
The agents of Monster Mortgage have been very grateful for Bamboo’s ability to make this an easy and flawless system of keeping in touch with their clients. Having to fold, stuff, seal, deliver to Canada Post and pay full postage was time consuming and expensive. They are now able to focus on building new business and increasing their number of clients.
