Engaging Video

Videos you love to watch and SHARE!

Drive Sales

Focused on educating your community on the benefits of your product or service using an engaging, visual and personal approach.

Increase Exposure

The more people who watch and share your amazing videos, the better your exposure.

Engaging Video

With over 72 hours of video being uploaded each hour on YouTube, people are showing how they love to watch videos. When you create an engaging video that speaks directly to your viewer on a personal level, you will have them coming back to watch more. That’s why it’s so important to create your videos properly.

Drive Sales

Video is a strong force of e-commerce. People want to be shown what a product or service offers, how it works, and even who is making and selling it. We create videos that engage viewers, not make them feel like they’re being sold something. We provide that personal touch to let them know who you are and what your company is all about while providing them with the valuable information they need. We will open the door so when they reach out to make that first contact, they feel like they already know you. You can’t put a price on that!

Increase Exposure

Every business owner’s goal is to increase exposure to attract new clients and have their existing clients function as their extended sales force. When you create the right video, these things develop naturally.

What People Are Saying

Don’t just take it from us, let our customers do the talking!

“I have worked with Chris Bellio years on video projects, and I have great respect and trust in his abilities. Chris is very talented and knowledgeable with respect to both photography and shooting video footage. His thorough knowledge of lighting, lenses, sound and framing make setup fast and professional, and his talents in post-production are top-notch.

I find Chris very easy to work with and accommodating, as well as infinitely patient under any circumstances. We have just contracted with him to shoot and produce our monthly video interviews with the company president, and as always I feel confident that we are in great hands. I always look forward to working with Chris on projects…he is a true professional.

I would highly recommend Chris Bellio to anyone looking for high-quality photography or video production.

Sincerely,”

Dean McNeill

Corporate Communications Manager, Nestlé Purina PetCare

My association with Chris Bellio dates back to 2005 when they took on the challenge of creating a year end video to highlight all the great work done by our employees at Unilever Canada.

The project took approximately four weeks from start to finish, with the successful viewing of our highlight reel at our employee year end celebration. I have since used TimeCode Productions’ services for ongoing work and new projects including corporate social responsibility videos, volunteer afternoon footage, monthly CEO video-casts as well as b-roll footage and employee interviews. They have supported our communications team at various locations including our head office, factories as well as managed local Supply Chain video shoots for our colleagues in the U.S.

The team has consistently delivered reliable and quality service and proven to be flexible with our timelines. They take a keen interest in understanding our business, are thorough with their editing and on occasion, have recommended interesting solutions that fit well. They pay close attention to detail and are prompt in responding to questions and queries. I recommend Chris Bellio to any organisation with absolute confidence and look forward to working with them in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need video to promote my business?
Video engages all three styles of learning; visual, auditory and kinesthetic. No matter the primary learning style of your potential clients, you know video will relate to them all on a fundamental level. If you make your video fun and engaging, everyone will want to learn more.
Can't I just use my smart phone?
Of course you can use your smart phone. Today’s phones are portable, convenient, and have the capability to shoot 1080p videos, so there is no question you can shoot your own video using your smart phone. If that’s the route you want to go, however, you will have to take into consideration your time, the lighting, camera angles, your camera person, audio quality, and finally the editing. We understand that people try to do it themselves in an effort to keep costs down, but remember the old cliché: ‘you get what you pay for.’ As a business owner, you need to be focused on growing your business, not wrestling with trying to turn a smart-phone video selfie into an effective, professional-grade marketing campaign. Hire a professional.
Why should I pay someone to do it? Can't I just get a friend to help me?
We see this question way too often, and the answer is yes, you can get a friend or family member to help you shoot your videos. Time and time again we receive sub-par videos from business owners asking if we can repair their errors. We are asked to fix poor audio, videos filmed using the wrong settings, quality issues, background distraction issues, etc, etc. It is frustrating for the business owner, time-consuming, and can get expensive. All of these issues are concerns you shouldn’t have to be thinking about. I recommend you save yourself the stress headaches. Consult with and hire professionals to get the best end results, and to get it done right the first time.
What can I expect from a video shoot?
We have a very detailed process from start to finish:
1) Initial discovery meeting to understand your goals for your video
2) Story board to provide you with our recommended concept and how the video should be shot
3) Script if required, written ahead of time and reviewed by our team
4) Script and teleprompt reading (and coaching if needed)
5) Recommendations for the day of the shoot, including:
– Make sure you get lots of rest the night before
– Drink warm tea before the shoot to loosen up your throat (you may need to do several takes)
– Wear comfortable clothes and shoes
– Get ready to have fun and laugh
6) We will prep you with a microphone and even help you with where you need to stand.

We will guide you through the entire process!

What is the difference between a cinematographer and a videographer?
A videographer is someone who knows how to work a video camera. They know which way to point it and how to capture an image. Sometimes they even manage to capture a good one. They can be anybody from the people who follow around the ENG team going from crash scenes to press conferences, to your cousin who just spent a bunch of money on a good camera and is “starting a video business”.

A cinematographer is someone who has studied the craft, studied cameras and their capabilities, studied light and shadow, and even studied the electrical workings of cameras and lighting. They are not only capable of capturing a scene, but can create it. A cinematographer knows that shadows can be just as interesting and sometimes even more important than the light in a scene or on a subject.

Let’s face it, in today’s digital age it’s easy to set up a digital camera or camcorder, look in the LCD viewfinder to see that it’s all focused, and hit record. A cinematographer can build that look and feel that often becomes just as much a part of your intended message as the information or product you are trying to convey. The difference, is immense.
